Off The Grille was born on a Kendall corner in 2002 — a lean little grill with a bold idea: that honest, Caribbean-leaning food, cooked fresh over open flame, could be fast and beautiful. People listened. It became a neighborhood ritual.
After closing its doors in 2019, the brothers returned home. New address. Same fire. Same mojo, chimmi, and the sweet-hot citrus marinades that regulars have been quoting from memory for a decade.
